1. Admission Fee/ Security Deposit: A one-time admission/registration fee/security Deposit of Rs 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lacks only) shall be payable at the time of admission and will be subject to the policies of the old age home.
2. Monthly Charges: The resident shall pay the applicable monthly residential charges in advance on or before the 1stday of every month.
- Single Occupancy = Rs 40,000 (Rupees Forty Thousand only).
- Double Occupancy = Rs 35,000 (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand only).
- Daily Basis = Rs 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only). Such Residents have to pay a security deposit of Rs 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for first Five days.
3. Payment Mode: Payments may be made through Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
4. Additional Expenses: Expenses for medicines, medical consultations, hospitalization, diagnostic tests, special dietary requirements, personal items, transportation, or other services not included in the monthly fee shall be borne by the resident or their guardian.
5. Late Payment: A reasonable late-payment charge of Rs 2000 (Rupees Two Thousand only) may be applicable if the monthly fee is not paid within the stipulated period.
6. Revision of Charges: Management reserves the right to revise monthly charges from time to time, with prior notice to the resident/guardian.
7. Non-Payment: Continued non-payment of dues may result in appropriate action as per the admission agreement and the home’s policies.
8. Refund/Adjustment: Any eligible refund or adjustment of the security deposit shall be made after settlement of all outstanding dues and other applicable charges.
9. Notice for Leaving: Residents/guardians are required to provide written notice at least TWO MONTHS before leaving the home, as specified in the admission agreement.
10. Receipt: An official receipt/payment acknowledgement shall be provided for payments made to the old age home.
11. Guardian’s Responsibility: Where applicable, the resident’s nominated guardian/family member shall be responsible for ensuring timely payment of all applicable charges.
Note: All fees, deposits, notice periods, and refund conditions should be clearly stated in the admission agreement signed by the resident/guardian and the management.
